Account still frozen!

I received the message that my account was frozen because my subscription has expired. This is correct.
So immediately I bought a new annual subscription (on July 31st) via my iPhone/Apple - but my Apps are still frozen.
Please help and check my account/purchases.

    I'm very sorry to hear about the trouble. We'll want to get this sorted out for you ASAP. To help expedite that could you please email us a copy of your receipt from the App Store for your subscription to [email protected]? When you email in you should get a support ID back from BitBot. Please post that ID here so we can expedite your request.
