A few months ago I set up the free trial on this computer and ended the service as I wasn't using it. I've now subscribed to the service and installed a new account, but the default credentials are from the old trial, and thus my master password doesn't work for the desktop app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing my registry, etc. I don't have the old password for the old account, or any information associated with it. What can I do to get the proper login information set up for the desktop app?
