Passwords disappeared from iPhone, and iPod. aaaargh

Hi,
I had 1Password syncing just fine between my Mac laptop and my iPhone. When I added a new iPod Touch 6 generation last week, all passwords disappeared from my iPhone, except for SIX "1password" passwords. So, the apps show on iPhone and iPod, but they only show 6 iterations of my 1password password.
All three devices are running up-to-date operating systems.
Driving me nuts. Please help!

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. Do you have a 1Password membership account, or are you syncing your data through a 3rd party sync service (Dropbox or iCloud)?

Hi Ben,
I have a membership account. However, since I wrote, the issue self-resolved on the new iPod Touch, but my iPhone is only showing the 6 (why 6?) 1Password passwords. I also can't use Face ID to open it anymore. Hope you can help! thanks.

Thanks for the update. Are you able to log in at https://my.1password.com in a web browser? If so, do you see all of your data there? If you do I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling 1Password on the iPhone.
