I need to move my backup to Dropbox to share across the family. How can I locate the file in the iCloud? Any suggestions?

@iwonder3: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! iCloud sync does not involve files at all but rather utilizes Apple's CloudKit APIs, so there is no OPVault in that case. If you setup Dropbox sync, an OPVault will be created.

But more importantly, sync is not backup, as data corruption and deletion will sync as well. So please sure to backup your data regardless of how you sync it. However you may want to consider a 1Password Families membership since in addition to getting you all the 1Password apps and updates for your family, it also includes automatic offsite backup and item history; so even if all your devices are lost, stolen, or destroyed, you just need to sign into your account to get your data back.

Anyway, I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions! :)
