i've already reached out via contact form on 1pw site but still haven't got any response. it's really urgent so i'm trying to ask here as well.
I shared a family account with my ex-partner.
I decided to remove his account from this household account. It was today. I was under an impression that his data would stay intact and only his account would be de-linked but now all his data is gone.
It's really important for him to access it.
I tried to re-invite him to the family account and tried the 'recovery' process but this doesn't help. He says it seemed liked it created a new account because the recovery process told him that the account he's trying to recover is already in use.
Can you please, please help?
he uses Windows/iOS/Android clients and i use Mac/iOS clients.
