How do I check/resolve sync failures? Most records sync OK, but at least one has failed for months.

I used to use Dropbox Cloud storage, but the record syncs kept failing. So I bought the Family pack 1Password7 and transferred to the 1Password Cloud. All was well until I noticed one record hasn't updated for months on my Mac.

This is really worrying. How many records have failed to sync properly across my devices? How do I check? Where's the alert to say a record can't be synced?

Presumably to fix it I have to reinstall my local 1Password7 app, but what information might I lose?

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. Reinstalling is unlikely to have any effect. Could you please check in the vault switcher (at the top left of the app) and see if you have a vault called "Primary"? Also which vault is the item in question in?
