Supprimer un compte individuel par un compte business dans l'app mac
Bonjour,
J'ai crée il y a deux semaines un compte individuel.
Je n'ai jamais réussi à me connecter car ne retrouvant plus mon mot de passe principal.
Hier j'ai supprimé ce compte individuel, et aujourd'hui j'ai recrée un autre compte business avec la même adresse email.
Dans le cloud et dans Chrome tout est parfait, cependant dans l'app MAC je ne peux pas supprimer l'ancien compte pour me connecter au nouveau compte.
Comment dois-je faire s'il vous plait ?

Welcome to the forum, @jeanfabienbelin! If the previous account (the one you deleted) is the only vault/account in 1Password for Mac currently, and you no longer need it, then this is easy: click Help > Troubleshooting > Reset all 1Password Data. This will delete all 1Password data, so be sure there's nothing in 1Password for Mac that you still need before you do this. Data will be deleted, and 1Password will quit. When you re-open 1Password for Mac, it will be as if you are a new user. Just choose to sign in with your new 1Password Business account, and you should be ready to go. Let me know how that works for you! :)
