Trying and failing to set up my account on my iPhone.

I’ve tried twice. After filling in all the requested info, I get the message that the server isn’t responding. Copying my secret key off my iPad is laborious and no doubt mistake-prone. Is “server not responding” the message I should get if I’ve made a mistake copying my secret key?

    Is “server not responding” the message I should get if I’ve made a mistake copying my secret key?

    This error message usually indicates a problem with your Sign In Address rather than your Secret Key. Are you entering the Sign In Address exactly as it appears on your Emergency Kit, including the https:// part?

    You can download your Emergency Kit from several places, but in your case, if you are using 1Password on iOS, there is a quicker way to access just your Sign In Address: if you open 1Password and go to Settings > 1Password Accounts and tap on your account, you will see your Sign In Address there ;)

    Are you entering this field when you login exactly as it is shown there?
