Able to login to 1password on website but local app NOT accepting Master Password -- help!

As stated in subject line, 1password App and add-in service not accepting Master Password. Need to help to resolve

Disregard -- I followed online Support instructions to "Delete Data" on local device (windows PC) and was able to complete a clean sync and now able to login with local app.

Thanks for the update! Indeed, it sounds like you had the app setup already with something different. I'm glad you were able to reset it and get it setup again the way you want. Cheers! :)
