Upgraded to 1Password 7 - but logins are old. How to I transfer current logins

When I open logins - they are not the most current - missing most recent info

1Password Version: 7.3.2
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: OS Mojave 10.14.6
Sync Type: Not Provided
Referrer: forum-search:1Password 7 is not using current pw logins. How do I correct?
