cannot open vault after upgrading to 1password7

I am on high sierra and safari was complaining about the extension. It appears I have to upgrade to 1password7. I just did that and I can no longer login to my vault! Help!

    @billtlee - I'm sorry for the trouble! If you have a 1Password account, can you try this please: visit https://my.1password.com in a browser, and see if you're able to sign in there. Are you?

    If you don't have (or didn't create) a 1Password.com membership/account, then your Master Password should not have changed. In fact, it can't just change on its own. Let me know what you discover.

    i deleted my account and started over. good thing i have my iPhone

If you've already sorted everything out, that's fine -- but if you're still not quite sure, it might be worthwhile to have a look at both our guide for how to upgrade to 1Password 7 for Mac as well as how to migrate data to a 1Password account.
