Missing Info in all categories
I’m missing about 300 logins and other items after reloading the 1Password app on my iPhoneX. I signed back into my personal account and my family vault with no problems but I’m missing a lot of data. If tried everything in the help forum but to not avail. Please let me now other steps I can take. Thanks.

Where was the missing data stored prior to it going missing? Was it part of a 1Password.com membership vault? If so, if you log into the appropriate account at https://my.1password.com are you able to see the data there?

I found a vault in a stand along iCloud environment so I think I should be good.

Thanks @Goatman70. We'd recommend getting the items in that vault moved over to a membership vault and then deleting the standalone vault:
- Create and share vaults (optional; could move them to an existing vault)
- Move and copy items
- Remove the 'Primary' (standalone) vault
