As a family manager, I used the account recovery feature to recover my wife's account. She successfully can log in now, but ONLY on one device (her iPhone) via Safari browser interface. Neither the native iOS 13 app, our macOS app, nor the macOS web interface will accept her username/secret key/master pass combination.
I've also sent an email support request that has gone unanswered for 3 days
