There's a Mount Everest of recent verbiage on this problem. Can someone provide a concise, clear answer here, now?

WTF just happened, and how do I undo it?

    Hi @kduke!

    1Password 7 is a paid upgrade. In order to activate all features, you need either a license for version 7, or a 1Password Membership. Do you have either of these?

    Extension is NOT unresponsive, Catalina does not even load it so it is not there.

    Thank you for the update! In your first post you said that the extension is unresponsive, so I thought that this would still be the case.

    Can you please clarify what you mean by "Catalina does not even load"?
