1password x does not prompt to save new passwords

Hi,
I am using Chrome on Mac (Version 77.0.3865.90) with 1password X chrome extension.
After filling in the login form on most websites and click the sign in button/hit enter, it does not prompt to save the new login credentials.
I am using mac catalina but it also didn't work when I was using macOS mojave.
Does anyone have any idea why ?
Thanks

    Hey @victorpham ,
1Password X should show a little menu under the username/password field that will suggest to save it as a new login. If you're not seeing it, please check the following:
    1. Open your browser.
    2. Right click the 1Password X icon on the top right and select "settings".
    3. Scroll down to the Autofill section and make sure that both features there are on and enabled. If not - enable them.

It should look like this when everything is working properly: https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/
However, you might be having troubles with specific websites that block this little menu in the password field, so you can simply click the little 1Password icon in there and select "Save Login" to manually tell 1Password X to save it.

I hope that clarifies things. :)
