I have an Individual account (purchased from AgileBits) with time left. Apply to Family upgrade?

I have an Individual account (purchased from AgileBits) with half a year to go. I want to upgrade to Family. Will the balance from the Individual be transferred over? Do I need to cancel the Individual account first?

The remaining credit will be applied as a discount when you upgrade to a Families account :) And you do not need to cancel your Individual account first, you can convert it to Families directly.
