Same Secret Key Different password on laptop and iOS

I have a 1 password 7 family account running on a MacBook Pro and also on an iPhone. I am the family organiser. I have a different master password on each device but when I reveal the Secret Key it is the same. How is it possible to have the same secret key but different master passwords? Do I need to deauthorize the iOS device and reinstall 1 password 7?
