My Account is frozen even with payment is done.

Hi !Password Team,
I have contacted you recently to switch my payment method before the renewal to happen, I first subscriped through apple for the forst year, switched to Android and payment has been done that was with your guidance, but surprised to find now that the account is frozen, please help solving this.
