Where/how should I report site-specific fill-in failures?

In my experience, 1Password does a good job filling in website login credentials.

On the other hand, filling in an Identity or Credit Card often misses the mark. For example, the attached screen snippet shows two failures on a Credit Card fiil-in: 11/23 Expiration Date and no Postal Code.

What's the best approach for reporting site-specific failures, an email to 1Password Support, a new topic in this forum, or something else?

    Hi Ward! As always, thanks for raising these issues. Either of the approaches you mention work for us. In either case, we can test things out on our end and report the issue internally to get our filling brain updated moving forward.

    Would you be able to share the website you were on so I can take a closer look? As always, if this is something private you would rather not share, that's completely understandable, but if you're able, then it's super helpful. :smile:
