Hi, I believe I have an older version of the software (maybe version 4?) that was a one time purchase, not the subscription version. Therefore, my credentials don’t work with the current, subscription based, software. I need to know where I can download the correct version that will accept my software key.

Please consider upgrading to the latest version however: 1Password 4 has not been updated in years, so there is a good chance that some things might not work on latest operating systems.
