Where is the link to open "HELP" to send diagnostic report when you lost master password?

I created new master password the other day using generating tool. Then I copied and pasted new password in Notes on Windows app. Went to sign in with new password and wouldn't accept it. I used Iphone with Faceid to see new password and it was what I had copied. Accidently shut off Faceid and now I am completely locked out. I've been asked by support to generate a diagnostic report by clicking on help. Where is the help on sign on screen. "If you can’t unlock 1Password, you can still create the report.
