I deleted my account and want to start over. What now?

Howdy. I'd like to start over. I paid for my year through itunes (I think) on 8/30. Can I get credit when I start over? Can I use the same email address?

This is the most complicated quitting I've ever had to do. I'm about to use 12345 as my password.
