Chrome Extension Plugin blank

Hi, I have a mac and I have never encountered any problems with 1password. Finally decided to install 1password in my windows computer and have the same problem with this guy: http://forum.agilebits.com/index.php?/topic/10836-chrome-extension-plugin-blank/

I've tried adding a login in 1password but it's still not showing anything.

Is there any update? using the latest version of 1password with windows 7

One thing you can try is what I suggested in the aforelinked thread. Please ensure sure that you are running the latest versions of 1Password (1.0.9.299), Chrome (21.0.1180.89), and the 1Password Chrome extension ( 3.9.8 ). So far every case I have seen of this has been due to an out of date version of Chrome.

If you're still having trouble, could you please send us your Diagnostics Report? Select Help > Diagnostics Report > Export to File from the menu bar in 1Password. Then attach the report to an email to us:

support at agilebits.com

Hi Khad, Seems that my chrome was an older version. Upgraded 1password and chrome and everything works fine now. Thanks!
