Auto-generated tag is in nesting folders, can't reorganize

In 2017, I imported a CSV, whose contents 1Password automatically tagged "othercsv-import-2/20/17".

Now, 1Password is treating that as three nested folders:

I can rename the tag, but that only renames the "17" part. I can't drag and drop it to the root level, and I can't delete the folders it's nested under without deleting it as well.

How can I fix this without having to edit each individual entry with that tag?

    Hi @timothymh!

    The latest version of 1Password (7.4) was released yesterday and it allows you to move nested tags up some levels, so I wonder if this new feature might help you with this. Can you please try updating to the latest version and see if that helps?
