I paid for a year but had to delete my account. I can't find any way to restart it

I paid for a family membership but lost access to all my credentials. I still have 4 months on my family account and I am trying to restart it, but I only see information on how to delete the account, not how to restart it. Please help!

I just redownloaded the iOS app, but I think I had signed up on web initially.
