Hey @jbfasano,
If you want to share your account with someone (even though it's not recommended) you can download the app from here (bottom right) to her device: https://1password.com/downloads/mac/, and enter your login credentials.
If you don't want to share your account, you also have the possibility to share a vault with your wife through Dropbox or iCloud: https://support.1password.com/sync-options/#advanced-sync-options

If none of the above do it for you (and I personally think this one is more suitable for what you seek), you might want to check the 1Password Families membership: https://1password.com/families/
That way each of you will have their own private account and you can have a shared vault for whatever you may need.
