Need process for obtaining 1Password 7 license after 30-day trial expires and account is frozen

I have downloaded and reinstalled the software twice and no-where do I see an option for “Want to purchase a license?, We have those too” as mentioned in the links from other forum post responses. My 30-day free trial subscription-based software is now “frozen". Is there anyone that can help me obtain or activate a stand-alone license for 1Password 7 for mac now that I have entered and completed the 30-day trial?
