Multiple versions of 1password between iMac, Mac Book, and iPhone...help! They don't sync.

I have no idea how this happened and I don't know how to fix it. Please help.
1P 7 and 1P X are both on the iMac (Catalina 10.15.1). The Mac Book Air (Mojave 10.14.6) has 1P6. iPhone XR (latest update) has 1P 7.4.4.

What sync method are you currently using?
