1Password Mini not starting on computer boot

Hi,

macOS Mojave 10.14.6 on a MacBook Pro 15" 2016.

1Password Mini doesn't appear to be starting when I boot my computer any more. As soon as I start the main 1P app, 1P Mini activates and is available in the menu bar.

I've looked to see if there's a 'Open at startup' checkbox that needs clicking but I can't find anything.

I've noticed this for a couple of weeks now. I know I updated Safari around that time but I can't remember if there's been an OS update.

Any suggestions?

Regards,
Steve

    @Steve Hyde,

    Is "Always Keep 1Password Extension Helper running" checked on the Browsers tab in the Preferences window?

    @Steve Hyde: You may be able to get macOS to reregister it by disabling and enabling again. Otherwise there's something wrong with launch services on your machine, and you'd need to get help from Apple to figure out what's going on there.
