Finding family members' secret code

Hi, I've helped my 11 year old create his login as part of our family group. He now needs to logon to the app on his Windows PC under FireFox, but the login is asking for his secret code. Is this the same as the main family secret code (doesn't seem to work)? If not, where do I find it?

    PS The link from the welcome email sent to him to the emergency kit takes me to a 1Password login page which asks for the secret code: Catch-22.

    OK, it's sorted - I had to do an account recovery. The problem was that his initial login had been on an old smartphone, so there was no obvious way to download the emergency kit/copy the secret code to his computer.

    Hi @iggy

    Each person has their own unique Secret Key. Where did your 11 year old sign up for their account? Whatever they used to sign up should have a record of the Secret Key.
