My membership lapsed a few days ago and I'd like to get back up and running. Previously I've had a family membership, but resubscribing, I'm only given the option of a standard membership. Can you point me in the direction of how to set it up as a family subscription again please. Thanks.

You should be able to sign into your existing membership through the web app and then add a subscription that way:
Manage your 1Password subscription
