Can't remove or add new account

in Mac

I have an old 1Password account and I can't for the life of me remember the password. Im not ready to delete it just yet, but I need to create a new account regardless.

I have downloaded the latest 1 password to my Mac, and it seems to remember this old account (which I can't log into) ... but it won't let me remove that account or add a new one.

Any ideas?

    Hi @lisarenneisen! Welcome to the forum!

    You need to start over in the 1Password 7 app, at which point you will be able to create a new 1Password account ;)
