password7 does not go to websites after I getting a new iMac with Catalina.
I have password 7. I restored my data from time machine backup to a new iMac.
It runs Catalina. On the new computer when I click on a password it does not go to the website. I am using Safari. On my old
Mac I used Chrome. I want to use Safari for now. On the old computer it initially
worked but stopped going to websites after
a while so something changed.
As far as deleting password 7 and reinstalling
I have not done that because I am unsure of what will happen to my passwords.
There are 2 password related files in dropbox and 2 password related files in 1cloud. They are
not identical. Any ideas to get password 7 going would be great. I don't really know how all the pieces fit together.

Have you enabled the 1Password Safari extension already? If you open Safari Preferences > Extensions tab, you should see the 1Password extension enabled there. If it isn't, please enable it: filling logins on websites can only work if the extension is enabled in your browser.

Now it works. Thank you. I had looked at that half a dozen times. I did not know it had to be clicked on.
