Lost 2 Factor Authenticator

Hello,
my phone broke today with the 2 Factor authenticator on it. I can´t login into my account to set up the authenticator on my new phone or log into my account on windows.
I´ve tried already the steps like emergency kit and my authenticator didn´t sync with the authenticator on my new phone.
