This is in attempting to set up the app on an android phone (Blackberry Priv). the default address that came up was for the US, so I had to clear that and enter the .ca address.

    Hi @mjoyce. Thanks for reaching out!

    It sounds like you're scanning your Setup Code to sign into the app, correct? If so, can you try signing in from a browser on this same device with the same credentials and let me know if you're able to sign in there?
