Can’t subscribe on iphone

I’m trying to subscribe- first time user- but if I choose either of the subscriptions, it says subscribing and never continues. Should I not be using the app to subscribe ? Thanks

Welcome to the forum, @laurip! That doesn't sound right at all. Are you already using 1Password in standalone mode on your iOS device?
Here are instructions for creating a 1Password account at the main 1Password sign-up page. You can do this in a browser, then add your account to 1Password for iOS and any other 1Password apps you have on other devices. Let me know how that goes for you.
