    Hi @HowardPaul, sorry to hear that.

    If you haven't written down your Master Password, please try to use these tips to remember it, as we are not able to reset it – your Master Password is known only to you.

    If you can't remember your Master Password, please follow the steps here. At the end you will be able to delete your new account and start over with another one. I would also recommend to print out your Emergency Kit, write the Master Password in the space provided, and keep it somewhere safe and secure. This way you won't get locked out of your 1Password account in the future.
