my account is frozen while my subscription in apple still valid until May 2020

I have subscribe 1password through my ipad on 17 Nov 2019 for 6n months and valid until 17 May 2020
From 17 Nov my account still frozen, I had email the support and the result until 24 Nov still not ye activate my account ([#LTI-67757-637] ).
I have given another 1 months trial instead of reactivate my real subscription.
Today my account is frozen again. Could you help me check ?
Please help asap as this issue really frustrated.
