Can't sync between Mac and iPad

Hi. I am attempting to sync 1Password 7.4.1 between a Mac running OS X Mojave, an iPhone and an iPad. Sync works fine on iPhone but when trying to sync to iPad, I get a window saying to unlock 1Password on my Mac. Problem is, it is open on my Mac and showing the same code under WLAN Server. Thanks in advance.

    While we are unable to help when it comes to the WLAN server, since we cannot troubleshoot your local network, we have prepared a troubleshooting article with some common suggestions. Can you please try going through them in order and see if they help?
