Selecting a Master Password?

Of course any user of 1Password must have chosen a MP.

And only having used this program for not even a week and already I can see how difficult it would be to rebound from the loss of my Vault.

It is easy to say that one must choose a "robust" MP but for many of us the caveat has to be that it must be (easily) remembered.

Does 1P have some guidelines for the selection of this one password? For example what "strength" is (more than) acceptable (what amount of "green" as shown in ones 1password.com account is good)?
