I moved all entries on my Primary account on my Mac. On my iPhone and iPad, they are still listed

To simplify my archive I decided to remove all entries in my primary vault on the 1Password app. I deleted it on my Mac. On my PC the primary vault no longer appeared, but with many more entries than there had ever been on the Mac app. Is something wrong with synchronisation?
