iPhone app opens to blank vault door no way to login

On my iPhone XR my app is correctly reading my face but is then presenting me with a new vault door with no way to enter my password or repeat facial recognition so I cannot get into the app. Any suggestions?

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: iPhone 13.3
Sync Type: Icloud
