Dad's shared vault deson't show on mine and it used to. Help?

I don't know if I have 1pw family or not, but my elderly father's vault used to show in mine and no longer does. I'm not so young myself! I need to be able to see his entire account, but we've lost the ability to see each other's vaults. I also think I have more than one version running, which is causing chaos. I have both a subscription snd version 7?
