Account Frozen, Need Help Renewing Monthly Subscription

My account is frozen. I keep getting e-mails that invite me to renew my subscription (Pro, Launch Special). I've always paid $3.99/user monthly, but it's now saying that rate but trying to bill me for an entire year at once, which I don't want to do. Can you help me figure out how to renew but on the monthly billing I'm used to?
