Can I get refund for wrong choice of subscribtion type?

Good day.
I'm sorry, but I guess I accidentally chose an annual subscription instead of a monthly subscription. I cannot afford a yearly subscription, it is a big amount for me at once. Can I refund this amount and change my subscription to monthly? Thank you.
