Can’t create account

I subscribed yesterday and cannot get set up. After the sign up screen it takes me to an Add Account screen where it is looking for Account details but I haven’t got any and can’t see where to create an account.

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. Did you sign up using a web browser, or inside of one of the 1Password apps? If the latter - which app?
