We will be happy to help you with this. Since I see that my colleague Arturo, has been helping you via email, I am going to close this discussion so we don't duplicate support efforts replying to you in two different places.
We are very sorry for the delay but we have been experiencing a surge of user requests lately, so we are not replying to emails as fast as we normally do.
