2 differing bills for 1PW subscription

Hey guys, have a question re. billing. In Nov.'19 I was billed and paid $49.85 (working with 1PW 7 for families). today I received notification that my "trial" (I didn't know I was on a trial??) had expired and my bill charged will be $60 for 1 year subscription. What happened to the $49.85 I paid approximately 4 months ago????? surely I shouldn't be paying both within a few months of each other....what is happening here????
