"Delete Account" appears only if you select "I canceled my Apple subscription"

Good evening.
I forgot my master password and I need to delete my account, but I'm not getting it. I followed the "Get help" guidelines (https://support.1password.com/delete-account/), but I did not cancel my subscription to Apple. I'm stuck in the loop: email and "get help" ... the "Delete Account" link only appears if I click the checkbox "I canceled my Apple subscription". How do I solve it?

    I'm sorry to hear about the situation. The checkbox is there to remind people they need to cancel their subscription through Apple so they aren't being billed for an account that they've deleted. You'd need to cancel your subscription through Apple, and then delete the account:

    View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
