Logging in to the app for the first time, I get "No response code from server. The server refused the connection with response code 102. Please try again." Have had this problem for a couple of days.

    Hi @AlexKemper! Welcome to the forum!

    It sounds like you are entering an incorrect Sign In address in the app. Are you entering the whole URL as it appears from the Emergency Kit, including the https:// part?
